Chiddle is a Gnomish artificer, originally from a small gnomish settlement and a one-time resident of clockwork point, and ex-member of the Engineer's Enclave. Currently acting as an irregular in the war, and as a Diplomat for Happy Valley. He is very entheusiastic about weapons and advances in technologies, and is also showing a growing interest in the ancient Kulthians.

Description

Chiddle stands at just shy of three and a half feet tall, and his build is somewhat broad of shoulder and hip, not unlike that of a dwarf though not quite as burly as one. He does not possess much muscle mass, though he is quite lean for a gnome. His skin is healthily tanned, almost olive in colour while his hair is dark and wavy, and allowed to reach his shoulders. His facial hair is kept trimmed to a pair of formidable sideburns that reach the bottom of his jaw. His eyes are a pale blue colour, in stark contrast to his dark hair and tanned skin. He has a few minor scars, nicks and old burns, largely on his hands with one or two on his face- small, barely visible, pale streaks that speak of shrapnel and fire.

Chiddle wears an outfit that mixes in equal measure protection, practicality and pomp. His upper body is encased in a gleaming silver-blue breastplate, emblazoned with a network of faintly glowing blue crystals. Under this metallic outer layer, he wears a red jacket with gold trim at the cuffs and bottom of it. Deerskin leather lapels adorn the shoulder of his left arm, his right arm entirely concealed. Chiddle's right arm is encased in a construction of magicite and steel, like the armour adorned with liens of power running from shoulder right down to his hand. On his legs he wears a pair of deerskin leather trousers, tan coloured and finely stitched. Finally on his feet he wears a pair of soft leather boots, adorned with gold clasps.

Mounted on the back of the forearm of the device on Chiddle's right arm is a disk of magicite, suspended over a runeplate bed- when active it rotates rapidly and projects a protective field. On the underside of his forarm, a control panel is mounted, with an array of buttons, switches and dials. On the palm of his hand there is a smooth, round crystal. In addition, the tip of each finger of the device is fitted with a smaller crystal of similar design. Chiddle wears a rope which doubles as handy place for storing weapons and convenient tool, slung over his right shoulder, and under his left arm. Hanging from the rope is a crossbow, fitted with some device made of brass and magicite, and a mace, adorned with magicite crystals that match the colour of those on his armour.
