Haley Lunatec is a former City Council member of Alexandros.  The charismatic halfling represented the Explorer's District, and as such often sided with adventurers in disputes.  She was well-known for her dislike of one particular Council member, Caldor Methis, and her loyalty to Lady Rawyn Telenil.  She was recently re-elected to the position in a contested election with Vic Leonal.  Rumors place her as a fighter in the Alexandrian war for independence beside both Rawyn and Serella Mayhew, aka Mother Mayhem. 

At a recent rally in support of supporting the Myrrish in re-taking Sendor, Haley was revealed to be undead.  Before anyone could do anything about it, Haley's corpse exploded, killing and wounding dozens of supporters after giving a dire warning that anyone who fights Bludgun will 'suffer the same fate'.  It was this grisly attack that caused Alexandria to enter the war alongside the Myrrish.
