Narah bint Yussuf bin Mahmud al-Shahla al-Harad(Narah, daughter of Yussuf son of Mahmud, of the green eyes, of House Harad) is a young Highborn woman out of Veyshan.  The Noble House from which she hails, House Harad, is a relatively minor but prosperous family, well respected and with some recognition for the superb quality of the horses that it breeds and does trade in.

Narah has recently arrived at the front of the ongoing Sendor war.  She is apparently a woman of some principles, having been overheard as quoting rather lofty ideals for the reason of her arrival and contribution to the war effort, as well as quickly establishing herself as one of the faithful of Daeus; she can often be seen in the company of His paladins and clerics, though she is not one of the divinely gifted herself.

Also, she clearly really likes horses, to the point of risking her life to save them in a stable fire and causing three stableboys and a grown Lieutenant of the Army to break down and cry due to her questioning following it.
